Graham Sensor Technologies is a temperature sensor manufacturing company. The company specializes in private labelled "made-to-order" Thermocouples and RTD's. We also do a lot of OEM sensors, as well as a number of other temperature measuring devices. The design and style of our product has a number of unique features. We offer superior quality and design at competitive prices. A unique drawing is supplied for each order.

Graham Sensor Technologies is owned and operated by Robert W. Graham. For the past 33 years, Robert Graham has been involved in the manufacturing, designing and quoting of temperature products. Mr. Graham trained and worked for Brian Engineering / Brian Controls for 18 years, doing every job possible. He also worked at Penberthy on contract setting up their shop and training their staff. At the end of the contract, they gave him a full time job and a position as Senior Application Engineer. In 1997 he started up Graham Sensor Technologies. In 2000 Robert won the Niagara Entrepreneur of the year award for technology. In 2004 Robert and company won the Training excellence recognition Award from NTAB. Our human resources officer, Linda Graham, had worked for the Royal Bank for 32 years.

Over the last 11 years we have grown with more distributors in the USA and Canada we have also expanded our market into UAE, China, South America and Italy.

While there are five competitive manufacturers in Canada who produce product lines similar to ours. To the best of our knowledge, none have distributors in both Canada and the USA. Our competitive advances include our unique spring loading system, our private labelled drawings, a competitive pricing strategy, strong market demand, and a strategic location close to suppliers, our major distributor, couriers and consumers. Competitive production advantages include our flexible subassembly manufacturing system, which enables us to cost effectively, shorten production runs.

Temperature Sensors are sold as if they were a commodity item. Sales are done through distributors with certain customers and OEM's buying direct. We have extensive experience in designing completely new senor configurations. Private labelling allows the distributor to reap the benefits of reorders there by encouraging them to sell more. If they sold someone else's product the end user could go direct for the reorder. A brochure is being developed to point out the ISO9002 advantages to using the private labelled drawings. Our products are priced competitively and take into account production costs, competitive pricing strategies and end users price sensitivity. Our company's goals to provide good quality temperature sensors and related products for a reasonable price while still maintaining healthy profit margins.

We will continue to expand and develop our product lines and add new product lines. We obtain feedback from our distributors and attend ISA trade shows to determine what future trends are coming in temperature measurement. Based on this information and demand, it is our goal to introduce 1 to 2 new products per year.

We have a broad base marketing network. Our distributors are in many different sectors. With many of them being in more than one. Some example are;
Petrochemical, Mining, Food, Schools, Universities, Labs, Shipping, Geothermal, Green Houses, HVAC, ELECTRIC, Heat Tracing, Hydraulics, Process Equipment, SPECIALTIES, Department Of National Defence, Private Labelling Of Sensors, and Internationaly.
